Rationale for change
I feel like "has been shown to" is needlessly wordy for flashcards and exams. Maybe for a scientific paper, it could be fitting to reflect that medical knowledge is always subject to revision and based on studies. But I think unless a specific study is being referenced that getting rid of "has been shown to" is better
