Rationale for change

IFN-gamma does not convert macrophages into epithelioid histiocytes, according to AMBOSS. IFN-gamma simply activates the monocytes to become macrophages. It's the TNF from macrophages that self-activate the macrophages to differentiate into epitheliod macrophages and giant cells.
