Rationale for change

removed cloze 2, as many conditions are ego-syntonic (anorexia nervosa, OCPD, generally all personality disorders) and many conditions are ego-dystonic (OCD, some forms of homosexuality). The card adequately tests the ability to distinguish just with cloze 1; cloze 2 is too ambiguous as to which specific condition is being tested, and the only way to know is to memorize the card structure rather than the information.
