Rationale for change

I believe the use of the word "general" before "cell type" is important because there are thousands of cards and most of them ask for a cell types like adipocytes or dust cells. This card is looking for a general term to deem these cells that remain in G0...etc. With the word general within the cards, it helps tell the user that its not a cell cell, but rather a category. I keep making this mistake and think it is an exact cell type.
